Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the apps, websites and services made by TIGGR, an independent app studio in Michigan, USA, operated by TIGGR LLC ("TIGGR", "we", "us" or "our"). That includes Dropstr, Kin, our social media tools and any other app or service we publish. By using them, you agree to these Terms.
01Using Our Services
You may use our services only if you can form a binding agreement with us and are allowed to do so under the laws that apply to you. Our apps are not meant for children under 13. If you use a service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
Use the services lawfully and as intended. Please don't misuse them: for example, don't try to break, overload or get around their security, access other people's accounts or data, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, or use them to send spam, malware or anything illegal or harmful.
02Your Account
Some services need an account. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at hello@tiggr.app if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
03Your Content
The things you create or add in our apps (recipes, routes, records, posts, files and so on) remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the services for you, for example to sync it across your devices. We don't claim ownership of it and we don't sell it. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for your content and for having the right to use it.
04Third-Party Services and Connected Accounts
Some services work with other platforms, such as app stores, sign-in providers, payment processors and social networks (for example Instagram, Threads, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and TikTok). When you connect one of those accounts, you authorise us to act for you only in the ways you choose, such as publishing posts you have scheduled. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for their services. You can disconnect a connected account at any time, in our app or in the other platform's settings.
05Payments
Where a service or client project is paid, the price and payment terms are shown before you pay or are set out in a written agreement with us. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by them and follow their refund rules.
06Our Intellectual Property
The services, including their design, code, names and logos, belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services as offered; they don't give you any other rights in them.
07Changes and Ending Use
We may change, pause or stop a service or a feature. You can stop using our services at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other people or the services at risk. Where reasonable, we'll let you know first.
08Disclaimers
We work hard to make our apps reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Our apps can help you organise things like money, health, schedules or posts, but they are not professional financial, medical, legal or tax advice.
09Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, TIGGR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim about the services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Effective" date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
